Cubbing season is that time in early fall designed to acquaint green, young horses, hounds and foxes to the way of the land and the subtleties of the sport. This particular Saturday found the seasoned huntsman galloping across a cornfield with his exuberant hounds spilling in front of him in all directions. I was captured by the grace within the wildness.
